Starting in the historic city of Fes, you’ll explore ancient medinas, cultural landmarks, and bustling souks. From there, travel to the enchanting blue-washed town of Chefchaouen, nestled in the Rif Mountains.

Your adventure continues as you head to the golden sands of the Merzouga Desert, where you’ll experience a magical night under the stars in a traditional desert camp after a camel trek through the dunes. Following the desert, explore the impressive Todra Gorge and the Dades Valley, known for its dramatic rock formations and picturesque scenery.

Finally, you’ll travel through the High Atlas Mountains to reach the cinematic town of Ouarzazate and the iconic Ait Ben Haddou, before concluding your journey in the vibrant city of Marrakech. This tour combines rich cultural experiences, stunning landscapes, and unforgettable desert adventures, offering a perfect taste of Morocco.

Itinerary

Upon arrival at either Fes or Casablanca airport, you will be greeted and transferred to your accommodation in Fes for check-in. If arriving in Casablanca, a comfortable transfer will take you to Fes, allowing you to enjoy the scenic route along the way. Spend the rest of the day exploring Fes with a guided tour, visiting landmarks such as the Madrasa Bou Inania, Al Quaraouiyine Mosque, Nejjarine Square, and the Royal Palace. After experiencing the vibrant medina, relax for the night at your hotel.

After breakfast, we’ll depart Fes and travel through the beautiful Moroccan countryside to reach the “Blue City” of Chefchaouen. The day will be spent strolling through the blue-washed streets, visiting the Kasbah Museum, and enjoying the relaxed atmosphere. After taking in the stunning views from Ras El Ma Spring, you’ll check in to your hotel and spend the night in this charming mountain town.

After a leisurely morning in Chefchaouen, with time to explore the medina or hike to the Spanish Mosque for panoramic views, we’ll drive back to Fes in the afternoon. You’ll have some free time upon arrival to enjoy the city at your own pace before settling in for a relaxed evening at your riad or hotel.

After an early breakfast, we’ll begin our journey to the Sahara Desert. Along the way, we’ll pass through Ifrane, known as “Little Switzerland,” and the cedar forests of Azrou where you may spot Barbary macaques. After a lunch stop in Midelt, we’ll continue through the scenic Ziz Valley before reaching Merzouga. Here, you’ll embark on a camel trek into the dunes, watch the sunset, and enjoy dinner under the stars at a desert camp, where you’ll stay the night in a private tent.

After watching the sunrise over the Sahara and enjoying breakfast at the camp, we’ll travel to the Dades Valley. Along the way, we’ll visit the town of Rissani and its lively markets before stopping at the stunning Todra Gorge to take in its towering cliffs. We’ll arrive at Dades Valley in the afternoon, where you’ll explore its unique rock formations, including the famous “Monkey Fingers,” before checking into your hotel for an overnight stay.

After breakfast, we’ll spend the morning exploring the picturesque Dades Valley, visiting local Berber villages and walking through the valley’s lush landscapes. Then, we’ll head towards Ouarzazate along the Road of a Thousand Kasbahs, with a stop at the Skoura Oasis to see the iconic Kasbah Amridil. Arriving in Ouarzazate, you can explore the Taourirt Kasbah and, if time permits, visit the Atlas Film Studios. The evening will be spent at a traditional riad or hotel in Ouarzazate.

After breakfast, we’ll depart Ouarzazate and head towards Marrakech, stopping at the famous Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its appearance in many films. After exploring this ancient kasbah, we’ll continue our journey across the stunning Tizi n’Tichka Pass, offering breathtaking views of the High Atlas Mountains. By late afternoon, we’ll arrive in Marrakech, where the tour will conclude with a drop-off at your accommodation.
